500 Chiron vehicles. Each one absolutely unique. Each one a hyper sports car in a class of its own. Bugatti has been producing the extraordinary hand-built Chiron in Molsheim, France since 2016. The 300th vehicle, a Chiron Pur Sport1, is now leaving the Atelier in Alsace. A very special moment.

“Bugatti stands for the most extraordinary, most powerful and most elegant hyper sports cars in the world. With the now 300th vehicle produced, we are again showing our competence in quality and customization,” says Stephan Winkelmann, President of Bugatti. “The Chiron Pur Sport is guaranteed to give customers pleasure. In addition to its unbelievable driving performance, it combines highest engineering and design skill as well as superb craftsmanship.”

A Bugatti enthusiast configured the 300th Chiron very individually down to the smallest detail. He chose "Nocturne" as the dominant paintwork color on his Chiron Pur Sport. The mirror arms, exterior mirror housings, windshield wipers, Bugatti horseshoe and rear wing are in "Grey Carbon" and the Bugatti logo shines in elegant "Gris Rafale". Bugatti’s signature C-line as well as the tail light bezels and wheels in a "Gun Powder" finish contrast the dark paintwork. The engine cover is an extremely light carbon hood.

For the interior, the Bugatti client chose the Pur Sport Interior Package in subdued "Beluga Black" for the leather and Alcantara with contrasting seams in "Gris Rafale". As a tribute to Ettore Bugatti’s younger brother Rembrandt, a drawing of the famous dancing elephant decorates the head restraints. The optional Sky View will give passengers a view of the open sky.

However, the driver will have little time to enjoy the view above while driving. Bugatti consistently developed the Chiron Pur Sport for agility, handling and performance. Grip-optimized tires and sophisticated aerodynamics with a fixed rear wing ensure more downforce and lateral dynamics. The powertrain is an 8.0-liter W16 engine delivering 1,500 PS and 1,600 newton meters that is designed for an engine speed of up to 6,900 revolutions per minute in the Chiron Pur Sport. With the 15 percent shorter transmission ratio, the Chiron Pur Sport accelerates even faster than the Chiron: from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds, up to 200 km/h in 5.5 seconds and less than 12 seconds to 300 km/h.

Only 60 Chiron Pur Sport will be built

The Chiron Pur Sport designed for lateral acceleration has been built in the Atelier in Molsheim in the Alsace region of France since fall 2020. Only 60 vehicles at a unit price of 3 million euros (net) will be made. The majority will be delivered to their owners this year.

In addition to the Chiron Pur Sport, employees are assembling the Chiron Sportand the Divo in Molsheim this year. With the La Voiture Noire2 that Bugatti presented in March 2019, the French manufacturer is finally producing the most exclusive and most expensive car in the world in 2021. With this model, Bugatti developed a hyper sports car that revives the coachbuilding tradition of the luxury automotive manufacturer. Again, a car that is absolutely unique.
