Bugatti Residences Miami: a new expression of Bugatti Art de Vivre in the United States

Bugatti Residences Miami: a new expression of Bugatti Art de Vivre in the United States

Molsheim

Since Ettore Bugatti founded his marque in Molsheim, France in 1909, Bugatti has represented a complete philosophy of beauty, craftsmanship and experience – an Art de Vivre shaped by vision, elegance and the uncompromising pursuit of the incomparable. And now, that philosophy enters a new chapter with the unveiling of Bugatti Residences Miami, the marque’s first branded residential development in the United States.

Created together with Prosper Group, the visionary real estate development firm led by CEO Jay Roberts, and Versluys Group, the more than century-old Belgian real estate developer helmed by CEO Bart Versluys, Bugatti Residences Miami will bring the spirit of France and Bugatti’s Art de Vivre to one of America’s most dynamic and architecturally expressive cities.

Positioned on one of Brickell’s rare remaining waterfront parcels, the development will offer a private residential world shaped by the Miami River, with direct access toward Biscayne Bay and proximity to the city’s financial district, cultural energy, dining scene, art community and global lifestyle appeal. It is a setting that reflects Miami’s inimitable duality, as a city that’s equally vibrant and sophisticated, tropical and urban, and international yet deeply connected to its own creative character.

“Miami’s bold architecture, creative spirit and its growing global appeal make it a compelling setting for our next Bugatti Residences project. Our vision is to consider every aspect, from exquisite design to seamless service and operations, creating a branded residential experience unlike any other.”

Wiebke Ståhl

Managing Director of Bugatti International S.A.

Following the successful unveiling of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai, Bugatti Residences Miami represents the next expression of the marque’s branded residential vision, seeking to create an atmosphere of excellence, emotion and service inspired by Bugatti’s design DNA: Art, Forme, Technique.

At the heart of Bugatti Residences Miami is the marque’s singular understanding of luxury as a total experience. Every element – from architecture and interiors to service, arrival, privacy and daily living – is being considered through the lens of Bugatti’s world. The same precision, refinement and attention to detail that define its hyper sports cars is thus reimagined for an exquisite residential environment.

Bringing this philosophy to life is a carefully selected team of world-class partners, each contributing a distinct perspective to one holistic vision. Prosper Group brings its forward-looking perspective on the evolution of high-end real estate in Miami; Versluys Group contributes more than a century of European development heritage and craftsmanship; with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interior by Yabu Pushelberg, Bugatti guides the overarching vision, ensuring the project remains faithful to the marque’s values of individuality, excellence and incomparable quality.

“Bugatti Residences Miami unites one of luxury’s most respected brands with a city shaping the future of high-end real estate. Miami has become the global epicenter for wealth migration, institutional business and sophisticated living, making it the natural home for Bugatti’s branded residences development debut in the United States.”

Jay Roberts

CEO of Prosper Group

Central to the Bugatti Residences Miami is Bugatti’s selection of Rhodium as exclusive global residential operating partner, translating the marque’s vision beyond the physical environment into a full considered lived experience. A leading name in the rarefied luxury residential market, with the Monaco Royal Family among its investors and a portfolio spanning some of the world’s most prestigious branded developments, Rhodium will ensure that service and the ownership experience are considered from the outset, defined by white-glove butler service, discretion, personalization and operational excellence.

“For more than a century, Versluys Group has built its reputation on craftsmanship, quality and creating residences that stand the test of time. What attracted us to Bugatti was a shared commitment to excellence and an understanding that true luxury extends far beyond aesthetics. By bringing together exceptional development, world-class design and a hospitality-driven operating model, we are creating a residential experience that we believe will set a new benchmark for branded living.”

Bart Versluys

CEO of Versluys Group

The development is thus being created as a new home for Bugatti’s Art de Vivre, infused with the essence of Bugatti in each exquisite detail; a place where architecture, design, craftsmanship and service come together to express the same pursuit that has guided the marque for more than 115 years.

With the Bugatti Residences Miami offering due to be launched to discerning customers in 2027, the marque continues to extend its universe into carefully selected experiences that remain faithful to its origins.
